Why IFS Works for Attachment Healing
IFS helps you understand your internal world with compassion and clarity. Instead of fighting your reactions, you’ll learn to:

Build a relationship with the parts that drive them
Access more Self‑energy, the calm, confident, grounded part of you
Create lasting change that doesn’t rely on willpower
This is deep work, but it’s done gently, at a pace your system can handle.
This group blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) with attachment‑focused healing in a warm, supportive space. Over six weeks, you’ll learn how to understand and work with the parts of you that shape your relationship patterns.
Each session includes:
A grounding group meditation to help you settle into Self‑energy
A gentle, accessible introduction to the IFS model
Guided exploration of your managers, firefighters, and exiles
Space to share (only if you want to) in a supportive, confidential group
Practical tools you can use immediately in your relationships
Throughout the program, you will:
Map the parts that make up your attachment style
Explore each part’s fears, motivations, hopes, and protective strategies
Identify the wounded parts (exiles) your protective parts are working so hard to shield
Learn how to approach exiles with compassion without overwhelming your system
Build a new internal model that supports secure, grounded connection
Strengthen parts of you that are confident, wise, and steady
Practice responding to conflict with more clarity and less anxiety
Develop healthier boundaries that feel natural, not forced
Bring more levity, compassion, and self‑leadership into your relationships
What You’ll Experience in This Workshop:
A Creative, Experiential Approach
One of the most powerful sessions in this group is our creative mapping process, where you’ll draw or visually represent the parts that shape your attachment style. You do not need to be artistic, this is about insight, not aesthetics. This process helps you:
See your system clearly
Understand how your parts interact
Identify what needs support, healing, or unburdening
Create a new internal map that supports secure attachment
Getting Started
Click the button below to send your details and set up a consultation call about the group. This is a small group to allow for more personal attention, and I want to be sure all participants are prepared for the group experience.
This group runs for 6 weeks, with each session costing $85. You can choose to pay weekly for a total of $510, or pay in full upfront for $500.
The group starts at 9am PST/noon EST on Saturdays starting on March 7th and continue on
Saturday March 14th, 21st, 28th & April 4th, 11th
